We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@vantagelab.shop. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. The same condition requirements apply.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@vantagelab.shop.
